Description
A down-on-his-luck First Nations archaeologist teams up with a group of misfits from the Rez to break into a museum and reclaim sacred artifacts.
Synopsis
Steve Joe, a traditional archaeologist for the Moquahat people, faces a personal and community crisis when sacred ceremonial artifacts are locked away in a high-security urban museum. Unwilling to let bureaucracy erase his heritage, Steve assembles an eccentric crew of community misfits to pull off the first-ever Indigenous museum heist and return what was stolen to the land.
